Historical Data Pricing

Historical Data is processed based on unsynced transactions in a month based on that month's volume. To estimate your volume cost, determine your volume in Stripe for a historic month and see below.

Base Cost:
0-30 transactions: $0.40 each
31-100 transactions: $12 per historic month
101-250 transactions: $18 per historic month
For Over 250 Transactions:
Base fee: $18 plus additional volume fees:
251-500 transactions: $0.045 each
501-1,000 transactions: $0.035 each
1,001-2,500 transactions: $0.025 each
2,501-5,000 transactions: $0.015 each
5,001-10,000 transactions: $0.0055 each
Over 10,000 transactions: $0.00255 each

Account Upgrades

Should you surpass the transaction limit of your current plan—30 transactions for the Free tier or 100 transactions for the Starter tier—an email notification will be sent to you promptly, prompting an upgrade to resume data synchronization.

Here’s what happens next:

Immediate Upgrade: If you upgrade within three days of reaching your limit, we'll automatically sync all pending data for you.
No Upgrade: If you don't upgrade within this three-day grace period, your account will default to the Free tier, and syncing will be temporarily halted.
To Sync Missed Data: You should initiate a historical data pull to sync any data missed during the pause.
New Month Reset: With the arrival of a new month, data syncing will recommence under the transaction limits of your subscribed tier.
