Adjustments and Disputes

In Stripe, Adjustments are a type of balance transaction. Typically, adjustments are Disputes, also known as Chargebacks.

With Acodei, you can opt to track your disputes as part of your Refunds account, or you can set up a separate expense account to track Dispute activity. However you want to map disputes into QuickBooks, you will do so by visiting the Uncommon Transactions module on the Account Mapping page, and adding a product for Adjustments.
