Bulk Resync Fees

Sometimes, you may need to resync a large volume of transactions. Here’s how we handle and charge for bulk resyncs.

When Charges Apply

Charges for bulk resyncs apply if:

1. The resync request involves more than 100 transactions.
2. The need for a resync is not due to an Acodei error. If the resync is due to our fault, it will be free of charge.

Pricing Structure

Our pricing for bulk resyncs is tiered based on the number of transactions:

101 - 500 Transactions: $25
501 - 2,500 Transactions: $50
2,501 - 5,000 Transactions: $100
5,001 - 10,000 Transactions: $150
Over 10,000: Quoted based on volume
