Connecting Your Deposit Account

To ensure seamless processing of your payouts, connecting the appropriate deposit account on your Acodei Dashboard is crucial.

To select your Deposit Account:

1. Navigate to the Account Mapping module within Acodei.
2. Select the appropriate account in the Deposit and Holding accounts section, typically a checking account where Stripe deposits your payouts.

Updating Your Payout Account

If the account receiving your Stripe Payouts changes, it's essential to update your Deposit Account on the Account Mapping module promptly. In this regard, two cases may occur:

• Immediate Change: If your payout account changes, update your Deposit Account on the Account Mapping module to reflect the new account.
• Resync Payouts: If some time has elapsed since the change or payouts have occurred, update your Deposit Account on the Account Mapping module. Then, resync the relevant Stripe payouts on the Data Feed tab to ensure accuracy.
