Data Privacy after Disconnection

When your QuickBooks is disconnected from Acodei, we take the following actions to ensure Data Privacy and Security:

  1. The connection between Acodei and any other payment providers is also deleted.
  2. The data associated with your company, such as transaction IDs connecting Stripe and QuickBooks, is entirely deleted from our internal servers 30 days after disconnection.
  3. All subscription and billing information is deleted immediately.



  • If you reconnect a disconnected account at any time, you will need to re-input your billing information.
  • If you reconnect within 30 days, we will retain all data on your Acodei Data Feed.
  • If you reconnect after 30 days, you will be starting from the beginning again.
