Deleting Data
You can easily delete any data Acodei has imported into your QuickBooks account.
- Navigate to your Data Feed in Acodei.
- Select the transaction(s) you wish to delete by clicking on the gray box on the right side of each transaction.
- Open the drop-down menu at the top of the page and choose Delete in QuickBooks.
If you're canceling your subscription and want data deleted, ensure it is done before disconnecting from the app. Once disconnected, Acodei cannot delete data.
Failed to Delete Status
If you encounter a Failed to Delete status for a transaction, unmatch the deposit from the payout on your banking feed in QuickBooks, then attempt to delete the data again.
