How Acodei Defines a Transaction

Acodei counts the following as transactions:

Each Stripe sale, refund, payout, invoice, and payment on an invoice counts as one transaction each.

If you have an "uncommon mapping type" such as disputes, Stripe Capital financing, Stripe Connect transfers, etc., you may receive up to one additional balance transaction daily for accounts using an assets account other than Undeposited Funds for their holding account.

Failed or incomplete sales in Stripe do not count as transactions.
