Interaction with Another Integration

Though rare, we have noticed instances where certain QuickBooks Apps and integrations have altered Acodei-generated documents such as sales receipts, refund receipts, invoices, and payment receipts linked to the payout.

Error Message

This mismatching error is indicated within the data by the following message: "This deposit does not match the Stripe payout amount ... #1. Another integration modified Acodei-generated transactions".

When we match sales receipts to form a deposit, any alteration to our sales receipts by another integration could change the total amount of the deposit we're trying to generate.

If you suspect another integration has affected Acodei-generated transactions, first, deactivate the other integration. Then, proceed to resynchronize the affected transactions in the Acodei Data Feed.
