Manual Modification of a Document

Though rare, a payout may not sync if you have manually modified one of the documents (sales receipts, refund receipts, invoice, payment receipt, etc) associated with the payout

Error Message

This mismatching error is indicated within the data by the following message: "This deposit does not match the Stripe payout amount ... #2. You manually modified an Acodei-generated transaction".s".

When Acodei matches all sales receipts to generate a deposit, any changes made to a sales receipt will alter the total deposit amount.

If you believe you have manually edited an Acodei-generated transaction, you can resynchronize the documents on the Acodei Data Feed. This action will reset the document, enabling you to sync the deposit accurately.
