No Deposit Account Assigned

You might encounter an issue if you've recently changed or removed the bank account where Stripe sends your payouts (usually a checking account).


Error Message

You'll see a message in the Data Feed highlighting the problem: "This Stripe account does not have a deposit account assigned. Please assign one in Account Mapping."

To address this, simply follow these steps:

  • Navigate to the Account Mapping section and update your Payout Deposit account information.
  • Proceed to the Acodei Data Feed and initiate a resync of your payouts. This action will generate new bank deposits in QuickBooks, linked to your updated bank account.
